WE PROVIDE OUR CUSTOMERS WITH A 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.  If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement with another item.  The refund will be processed upon receipt of the item.

If the item is damaged when you receive it, we will issue a full refund either when it is returned to us or has been inspected by the shipper.

How and when do you ship?

We use both FEDEX Ground and the USPS as our shippers, whichever is most effective for your order.  In stock orders are normally sent out within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for special custom orders to ship.  Shipping will take a maximum of 3-6 days depending on your location's distance from Indianapolis.  Shipping and handling is free for orders of $100 or more for customers in Continental United States.  For International customers, standard shipping rates apply.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchases?

No, unless you are purchasing within Indiana.

Are your products handmade?

ALL OF OUR BAGS ARE HANDMADE.  We strive to pick out only top quality materials to construct the various purses, totes and all other bags on our site.  Because of the handmade process two items may vary slightly in look, but they will all be first quality for your use and enjoyment.

How do I maintain my purses, etc.?

Cleaning and maintence instructions will be sent with your order.  Many of our bags will be washable in cold water and others drycleanable.  If cared for properly, you will enjoy your bags for a long time.
