Have confidence in ordering from ABagForEverything.com.  We guarantee 100% satisfaction - if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item(s) less shipping cost.  In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us for return instructions.  Returns of products will always be accepted within 30 days with a full refund to your credit card less any shipping and handling charges.

It is important that you contact us within the 30 days.  Returns and refunds will not be accepted after that time.

Backorder Policy

Since our products are handmade and many are one of a kind some of them cannot be reproduced due to availability of fabric, etc. and other unforeseen circumstances.  Customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

Shipping Policies

For our Continental United States customers on orders of $100 or more, shipping and handling is free.  For International Customers standard shipping rates apply.  Please contact us for the rates before ordering.

Shipping will take a maximum of 3-6 business days depending on your location's distance from Indianapolis.  Orders are sent out as soon as possible after receipt of payment.  Customer will be notified of any delay in shipping.

Damaged Goods Policy

Any damaged item(s) must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.  Please call us for return instructions.  Extra care is taken when packing your items for shipment.  All items are quality checked, wrapped and boxed.

We will issue a full refund when the item(s) are returned to us.
